Need Wordpress theme/skin coder - Paid job

    Hi...

    I would like to get a new design/theme for my blog LinkersBlog.com.
    I already have the design. Well I have a JPEG picture of the design, but i need it to be coded.

    Can you code it for me?

    - It should be SEO friendly.
    - No slam code.
    - Should pass W3C standards.
    - Code should be structured and semantic.
    - Should be a clean code.
