Buying Need wordpress theme modified/enhanced

    I have a theme that I need modified.
    Same basic layout but different graphics, additional
    widgets and content, etc. Change it to another light
    blue background. I need the home page
    and individual post page modified.

    Here is a link to a quickie concept of what I am looking
    for in a home page. I need the poll box to have a blue background
    to match the background with white text. Ideally the wp-polls
    ajax one.

    I can descibe the post page changes pretty easily.
