I need specific categories created. An "About" box needs to be added on the right sidebar. IMPORTANT PART: We need a "Featured Post" to be displayed on the top of the page. The post needs to invite people to ask a question, and it MUST have an embedded form in it. There should be a suitable plugin for this. The responses from the form need to be sent to an email address. Comments should be disabled. I am looking for someone who can work quickly and affordable.
