    The easiest way to DUPLICATE it is to CUT and PASTE. Be aware that if you duplicate COPYRIGHTED content, you are opening yourself up to lawsuits.

    Apparently you do NOT know how to read. He said he wanted the theme DUPLICATED. Easiest and most accurate method of duplicating ANY computerized document is CUTTING and PASTING it. NO CODING SKILLS OF ANY KIND ARE NEEDED.

    IMHO is he want theme duplicated so when you use this duplicated theme, it will work to any of wordpress installation. If you use - easiest and most accurate method - CUTTING and PASTING, you'll get the html of the site duplicated, not theme duplicated. it won't result as a wordpress theme and won't work to any wordpress installation. If you do understand what is html, wordpress, php, etc you will aware the differences.
