    Currently running Thesis theme, need it customized/skinned - Custom header and sidebar design, CSS, and maybe some custom graphics (nothing too fancy).

    I will provide examples of how I want the site to look, and other guidelines, but creative advice would be nice (and paid for, of course).

    Requirements: Fast, efficient code, examples of your past work, compatible with all 3 major browsers, etc.
