Need Wordpress Suggestions For A "Downline Builder" Builder Site

Hey there! I am currently researching a idea of mine to start a "down line builder" site! Kind of like buildmydownlines (dot)com.
So basically looking for some suggested themes, templates, gadgets or widget.
Most important of all...real user friendly!

Themes, just go through the featured themes. Also for plugins use YOAST for SEO, and use a spell checker.

Maybe I worded my original posting wrong. I would like to know if anyone used a wordpress theme with a downline builder widget/plugin. Reason why is that I bought a directory plugin for a wordpress template (bought also) and it seem that it not what I wanted..the directory is like a second part of the wordpress site (see link in signature), one part is content/posting, then a directory part part. I just wanted a directory! Yes I am new and confused, old school html boy here!

I understand now, but I doubt there is a plugin for it you will probably have to get someone code one fore for you.
