need wordpress subscribe plugin

i need a subscribe plugin for wordpress.

on the right or left column a forum need where user can subscribe the post.

Subscribe form need these fields

Name
Email
And three options daily . Weekly or monthly

Submit button

and on wp admin panel we see the list of subscriber uses daily and weekly or monthly

how i create this type of plugin. if you have this type of plugin please send me links or details

There is a WordPress section here on DP, where the active members on that forum could assist you better, this php section is a free problem solving forum for generally already written codes. If you however wanted something written from scratch, you could try they BST Programming forum.

My advice would be use the *report post icon and request a mod to kindly move your thread into one of those sections and also to delete this/my post.
