Need Wordpress Static Page Designed

So I have my wordpress blog setup but I want a semi-static homepage designed that is really eye catching

I am going for a style type of look something like this:

I have done this here as a sort of guideline:

I want to have the top part of the homepage show the latest post, actually the first 5-10 lines of the post then a Read More type of link. I need good images also that have to do with the separate sections.


I really like the look of my blog so using its type of look is a def must.

Just looking for a really nice looking landing page so let me know if you would like to take this on.

You can also use Joomla. It is very similar to wordpress. The installation is almost the same, and to have a blog in there is a piece of cake. Let me know what you think.
