Need wordpress programmer

    Hello
    I am looking for someone can make a plugin which is used in this site

    http://www.myvbulletinblog.com/

    I meant the plugin can pull full article from other sites to display on the site where it is installed.

    If anyone can do this please tell me your time and your price. I will ask you to install the fullsite for me. Pleased do not ask me if I have an installed wordpress site now because I have not.
