Buying Need Wordpress programmer to create a Featured Posts section

    Need a scrolling (with arrows) featured posts like on: http://ubergizmo.com/

    It will need to index all posts tagged with "featured" and also generate thumbnails automatically.

    It should also be able to only index the latest 12 (4x3) featured posts, in other words ignore the rest if there are more than 12 featured posts.
