Hi, basically i want to start a couple of blogs but unsure what to do.

Ive signed up for an account with wordpress and set up.

    www.lolage.wordpress.com

However i want to use my own domain/hosting, basically so i can upload my own stuff via FTP.

Its saying to move it to my own domain i need to buy credits?! I diddnt think you needed to do this? Can somone actually help me to the fact where i get my site up on my .co.uk domain?

If anyone can do this, please PM me or reply and if you do help il give $3.

    Thanks.

look, all you need is to visit wordpress.org , not .com

You already got domain and hosting, download from wordpress.org the latest version , open the zip(archive) file and find Read Me/Install txt

Create one new database from your cpanel
Upload Wordpress file and follow the steps from ReadMe file

    http://wordpress.org/download/
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
    Code (markup):
Installing Wordpress is pretty easy, trust me!

You can PM me if you still need help :)

Thanks everyone - i contacted my host and it turned out that it was to do with my hosting.

    1. It wasn't "localhost"
    2. PHP wasnt enabled. :$

These things ... are just so disabling, if you don't know what your'e doing. We all start out 'new' but some of us are newer than others I think. Some of us just seem to know it instinctively. I'm not one of these people :)
