need wordpress header coding

    Hi,

    I need someone to code header for the wordpress. I can code it myself but implementing into wordpress is a trouble.

    the header is:

    note: this is low quality. I'll send high quality file once someone takes the job.

    I need someone to code it for wordpress / links with css.

    nah, its coded already, I coded it myself its html + css u anly have to put it into wordpress header - someone is already working on this.
