Need Wordpress Expert to make some quick changes

I need a wordpress expert to make some quick changes to a wordpress site that has a custom theme.

The site is http://www.wordsworks.co.uk/

The changes:
1. Have secondary level menus showing for all pages in that section – currently the secondary level menu only shows on the first page of that section, when you click on a different page the secondary menu disappears – see ‘who’ link on website

2. Slight modifications to the_excerpt Reloaded plugin which generates random quotes in top right of blue bar:
a. make ‘source’ field appear on top line before the quote, make source text bold
b. remove quotation marks that appear in firefox
c. change the style of the quote text

3. Change heading style for blog titles - make same size as h2 on rest of website

4. Reduce size of ‘posted by:’ line of text to 10px

5. Have the grey background of sidebar reach the bottom of the page on all pages – on pages with a lot of content the grey area ends before the bottom of the page

6. Increase the size of the blue text on the sidebar to 14px

7. Add RSS feeds for blog posts, add digg and delicious buttons
