Buying Need Wordpress expert to limit posts in index $5.5 quick job

    I need a Wordpress expert to limit posts in index.php.

    Must know about query_posts since it is some kind of customized wordpress theme. I think it is just a quick job though I've tried to do it myself referring to wordpress codex but I couldn't make it work.
