    Stay away from cheaply priced developers. They usually use out of country developers that will deliver a poorly written and designed product. Pay the additional amount to get a US based developer.

    Just get a good template until you can get a good custom design! Traffic comes first!

    Maybe you just need a proper wordpress theme, just visit the popular theme sites and they offer such service.
