Need WordPress designer

    I have a WordPress site which needs modification. It currently is a 3 column theme template, but I want it to only have 2 columns. Also, I need the header updated and a new better looking navigation buttons added.

    I manage a large network of sites and always have on-going work. I am looking for a designer who is available to chat via IM to discuss the project, has low rates for regular work and accepts payment by PayPal.
