    Best bet is look at all the theme clubs, find one that has the stuff you like:

    They usually only run about $40, give you dozens of themes. And gives you support forums on top of that! Can't go wrong with $40!

    My best bet is that you down the newest version of wordpress ver. 3.5.1 from http://wordpress.org/download/ follow the installation instruction. Then install either free or premium themes on your wordpress installation. With basic webdesign skills you can customize each theme to your own taste
