Need Wordpress Designer To Optimize My Site For Various Web Browsers

    I'm looking for some one that's excellent in Wordpress and correcting validation errors. I currently have a Urban Fashion / Streetwear Site ( RepCodes.com ). The site operations well in Firefox, but looks horrible in other browsers. What I need is someone to optimize the site listed above for IE 6.0 & IE 7.0...mainly IE 6.0.:cool:
