+ 24 hours turnaround time is a must, also as valid, cross browsers code.

+ Availability is important, if you don't or can't give me project updates regularly I'll consider project failed.

+ You will be paid $50 to $75 per theme, pay after a project is done via Paypal or MoneyBookers.

+ PM me or post your samples here, at least 10. I won't consider you if just one of the samples is broken in IE6 or FF, or the code is non-semantic.

I can do that, prices start at $40, IE7 and FF2 passed, valid xhtml/css of curse, turn around of 3 - 10 hours (depands on how much you pay).

Same question as Lordexu even tho 24h turnaround is not realistic but doable. As reference you can check out our PSD to WordPress coding services website.

Hope to have more details from you asap (via PM or email)

WP themes vary massively in complexity.

For a start, the complexity of the front-end coding depends on the design. Complex layouts, with extra columns, images that overlap several areas, or just large numbers of background images, for example, take longer to code than simple layouts. The detailing can make a big difference too; rounded corners, icons, drop-shadows, hover effects, and drop-down menus all add to how long a coding job will take.

Having the front-end coding done well adds another layer of complexity. Ensuring cross-browser consistency can be a lot of hassle (particularly on designs using floated elements). Optimising images to minimise bandwidth usage and server load may (or may not) need attention. If you want your design to be accessible, then making text, buttons, text boxes, and other page elements resizable can also be challenging (depending on the design), and using accessible image replacement and enabling keyboard access increase the complexity of the job.

Then there's the WP integration. Themes that are widget-ready, or involve several widget-ready areas, or multiple loops, are more complex than those that don't. If you want a non-standard sidebar item coding (e.g. a list of recent comments), then this can be tricky (and if you want it turned into a sidebar widget then that'll take a little longer). If you want your theme to have options that are configurable through a custom admin panel, then you should allow some time for that too.

That's why most coders won't quote on a PSD to WP conversion without at least seeing a preview of the design. It's also often a good idea to specify whether you want the theme to be valid, widget-ready, fully widgetised, cross-browser consistent, accessible, search-engine friendly, and fully configurable through the dashboard (although if your buget is $50 / theme then developers can take an educated guess on some of those).
