Buying Need Wordpress Coder to Modify WP Header to Match Website

    Looking for a wordpress coder/designer to modify a wordpress theme to match website header. The wordpress theme is a responsive theme (ie resizes to match view screen and device) so the header modifications should be responsive as well.

    Just looking for design and coding wordpress header to match site. Any actual logic for what gets displayed by the header will be handle by us internally.....
