Need Wordpress Coder For Long Term

Hi All:
I'm looking to develop a long term relationship with a wordpress coder. I have various websites that I need help with coding issues on a regular basis. I would like to be able to send an email to someone to make fixes whenever I run into something I can't handle. I also have need for templates on a regular basis. I'm easy to work with and flexible about things getting done, just need someone reliable and trustworthy to help me do it.

I'm a good payer too.
