Buying Need WooCommerce Wordpress Plugin Programmed/Customized

    Hello, I have a Wordpress driven website that uses WooCommerce for ecommerce. I've had a custom shipping plugin added and need to make it where certain products can be blocked for purchase in certain regions (due to size/weight of product).

    I have a low budget but this could lead to more work.

    Experienced only regarding above who will be able to deliver please.

    do you know if the extensions above would override?
