    Are people offering windows VPSes for that cheap?

    I keep seeing these prices go lower and lower and makes me wonder what kind of quality support you get.

    disk space 10-15gb should be enough..

    need high bandwitdh at least 200gb

    I have seen the nearest possible price at $24 / month with ultrahosting / pandela (same company). Otherwise there are more than $25 and minimum $30 per month.
