    Only product range would be different.Cloned design accepted.
    Shopping Cart,paypal payment gateway and furture scope of adding another payment gateway should be included

    I'd be inclined not to clone the design. As it is an original design, ourselves and our client might have a slight issue with that. Just so you're aware.
