    It looks good..
    the only thing I would suggest to change is adding different images for the header2.gif.
    when clicking through the navigation links, it might help the feel of the site and give each page its own identity..

    but all in all.. looks good..

    No not perfect ypu have to improve design and layout.The adsense links are nice.

    By the standards of 2011 , it stands nowhere...
    c'mon , check out web.. there are lots more free templates which shall look better than this.. if you wanna succeed with this , improve your design.
