Need Website help

I have created a website. I do not want all of my post to go to the main page. I created multiple pages that I want the articles to be summited to. I need to ensure it does not take all day to get to the bottom of the homepage.

Is there a add on or widget that I do not know about. Also when I click on the article the page does not show up but a message
