I'll try to explian a little about the site I need made. I cannot give the exact topic on the site becasue....well.....just because. It's an informational(learning site), Not a business site. This means is will need to look "cool" not formal. It will have pictures most likely on the mainpage and need good flashy graphics, not just solid colors everywhere. requirements I need for the site: 1. A nice looking mainpage. It'll need 3 tables setup for premium links, the menu, and possibly another. This main page will need certian pictures on it all creatively put in the backround in a great looking fashion. The background will not be a solid color, you'll need to open your graphics skills to create something more nice than the typicial white.(I already have the pictures to put in. These pictures will have to blend in well with the mainpage and on look glued on top. There will also have to be ready spots for adsense for me to throw in once finished. I have a good idea on what I'm looking for with the layout. I even have a pretty solid Draft so you won't be in the dark with how to go about it. 2. An Image Gallery that is able to contain large amounts of images and sort them into categories. There is a certian free script that I would like to be used for this page. This will make things very easy for you becuase it's ready made. It'll just need to be fit in the margin of the site and have the same color setup. Maybe you've seen it before http://gallery.menalto.com/. This is a very easy way to handle this aspect of the site. 3. glossary type Selection Page that allows the visitor to select what they what to look up. For example "types of birds"..............Then on this page there will be a big list of the types to look up. It should be in an organized fashion and fit the type of site this is. (NO, this site ins't about birds). 4. A bio and fact page holding the descriptions of these birds. You'll only need one design going on becuase All of them will be the same for each kind of bird (I repeat, this site is not about birds!) This page will not need incredible graphics, probably a nice layout would be good enough. 5. A miscellaneous differant page for anything my heart may want to use to add something else in the site. This will be a very plain version that just so happens to match colors with the rest of the site. Final details: -You will need to be able to handle yourself on photoshop good. -You must be good with making a site. I know that's a given but I've had 2 bad previous experiences in the past 1 month. I can't handle another waste of time. I've been wanting this site for over 7 years. It's actually not really that hard of a site as far as what normal good homepages look like. -You must live in the US or Canada. If you are looking to do this job for me I'm happy to consider if you know your stuff. I'm sure of what I want so it should be easy to work on. I'll be helping by offering suggestions and I'm not a dreamweaver dummy or MS paint designer. I know photoshop very well. Price to be Paid. I'll pay $300US upon finishing of the job. You will have to sign a Non-disclosure agreement if we have a deal, also. The site doesn't require any special scripting or coding, so it should be not a problem.
