I am in need of a site design and programming. This is a business venture of my own, so I would like to pay per project or a low hourly fee. I am looking for a site within the same concept of http://www.cruiselinefans.com/hc/ In a nutshell, I am looking for the following... 1) Website design and layout (HTML 5 and CSS) 2) Programming would consist of the following... a) Admin panel so I can add cruise lines, cruise ships and ports of call, modify users, modify postings and reviews b) User Signup, User Login, keep track of each users feedback based on each ship. c) User can create galleries and keep all of their photos within their own galleries. d) Search features like cruiselinefans (find a ship and cruise reviews) e) As for the forum, that is just a design integration of the site integrating wordpress.
