I'm looking for a website designer who has advance Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop skills and also experience designing classified ad sites. I need a full concept design for classified ad site I'm planning to launch. I will pay you through either ScriptLance or Freelancer escrow services, not in advance (e.g. milestone release) though. Interested web designers must have a portfolio demonstrating your experience of having designed classified ad sites before for other clients. Let me emphasize if you have not previously design a Classified Ad Site already for recent client and can not demonstrate this when you sent me your portfolio link please do not bother! I am not interested in reviewing or seeing any other sites which you or your company has designed or worked on beside other than Classified Ad Site. Templates and uncompleted sites are also a big NO NO with me! I know what I am after and whom I'm looking for to collaborate with me on this project.
