I have an established online business for sale. You can view the DP listing here but I also have it listed on Flippa. I had a very close buyer for more than $10k so obviously the business is worth a lot. I'm not too familiar or experienced with website selling so I need a broker to help me sell my business. In return I will pay a very generous commission depending on the price it sells for. For example, if it sells for $20k expect to receive at least $750, maybe more perhaps 5% commission. You should check out Flipping Enterprises. They sold a site of mine before in a similar range to yours. I'm not sure if they will sell a site as small as yours, but definitely worth asking!
