Google ithemes, I have developers license, but their themes are incredibly flexible with little coding knowledge needed. Great support and internal white label WP videos for clients to learn how to post for themselves. I've used a lot of themes in the past, but am very happy with their products. JMHO.
OH, didn't notice the word "Free" in your original post! WooThemes has some nice clean free ones. But, like most things..., you get what you pay for!
This is a free theme from my site, not sure if it's what you're looking for but it's meant to be geared towards web hosting sites: http://www.themelab.com/2008/09/16/internet-hosting-free-wordpress-theme/ Also, if you're starting an actual hosting company...you should probably go with software like WHMCS like That-Guy suggested, although you could always use WordPress for an accompanying blog/site.
do u need wp theme for hosting company blog or u want to use that for ur future co? so i can suggest u something.
