Need web hosting for web hosting..

    Starting a new SMALL web hosting company (Hopefully it will expand)..I want the smallest, most basic, web hosting that will support:
    PHP Version 4.2.x or later
    MySQL Version 3.2.x or later
    Curl Support
    GD Image Library
    Ioncube Loaders Support
    Open_basedir Disabled

    I am going to be running WHMCS and Im still new to this..So it doesn't have to be much now unless this works out and grows. If you can do this please PM me with your prices and where/how to signup. thanks!
