Rate I am looking for: under $8 an hour I know this is pretty low and that a lot of coders will not work near this price but I have a low budget for now - I am willing to pay more as my sites profit and build. I am looking for an experienced coder in all aspects. This will be for multiple projects involving taking PSD web designs and transforming them into fully functional, developed websites. These websites will be unique - I have many projects in line and ready. You must be able to: Take PSDs and slice them up - code websites from there. Websites will involve Wordpress, commerce (shopping carts), API (facebook and twitter), member sites, and all basic coding - to design custom web sites from scratch.
