I want to make Photosharing website with featuers that members can be able to upload pictures, and then those pictures to be rated by its own members, so like sharing a picture website and getting it rated by its members, and each member has its profiles, Must be able to track the member's ratings based on their picture views!! I think you need a 'semi'-programmer depending on your needs. maybe you can inform what script is to be edited.
