Hi, I have tweaked my Arras theme but still need a little help. I need someone that can take a few hours and tweet my word press arras theme. I really would like a design that has more rounded corners on all content boxes and on the navigation. I would like graphical headers on each content box that are colorful and maybe include the pixie characters I have. The overall site needs to be cheerfully / colorful graphics. A new header image and new background would also help the design. My blog is a Disney blog so I need it to be more exciting and colorful. I can not use Disney characters, but I can send you Disney logos, photos, and my pixie characters that I have permission to use.
