Buying Need Web Designer for Long Term work - $400/month

    I am looking for a Web Designer for long term work.

    The designer will be required to do the following:

    Create PSD web page layout(template)

    Convert to valid XHTML, CSS

    I need 4 such templates done each month.

    Payment via paypal: $400/month.
