Need Web Designer/Developer for 2 websites

    I'm looking for a designer/developer who could work with existing templates, content and functionality to create a uniform color scheme, text and design that also matches the logo's provided in the.pdf url example below. Creativity is encouraged, we are open to different design ideas and/or new template suggestions that would fit our content.

    Clearstargroup.com design is a combination of two templates:
    (both are very bland right now being all gray, pulling some blues out of the logo should make the design more appealing, suggestions welcome!)
