    it depends on what do you need:

    small site?
    just a template?
    a full complex site?

    If you dont say exactly what you want, you'll pay much more...

    I Agree with scubita... you need to be a little bit more specific for people to give you a fair quote. I can't believe how much some people offer their services for on here! Very cheap indeed!
