Need Wallpaper Site Revamp

I currently have a 4images site that I would like revamped. I would like a more professional look to the site and better placed ads for better click-thru opportunities. Since all the pictures are uploaded and in the database, I would like to keep 4images, but am willing to move to a different script if it will help the site.

I would like a header that has an IPOD Touch look and feel to it. Also, I would like users to be able to download wallpapers without having to create an account or log in.

So basically are you looking for a person who can make a theme for 4images or just a header that you will put in place of a theme of your choice?
