    If you are only hosting proxies, you wont need more than 2 GB space. A VPS with 2GB ram will be pricey.

    my proxy take many bandwith, that is the problem right now

    For 10 TB bandwidth then you should have something like a 30 MBit dedicated connection towards your VPS / Dedicated, the only providers that provide those amounts of bandwidth within your budget can be stamped as fraud easily.
