They are as low as 35 / Month, you can install Lxadmin for up to 40 domains for free, and you get 2,000 Gb Bandwidth for free, or upgrade to a 10 mbps unmetered for a little more, however I do not think they allow RL scripts.

 

Yes thank you Kevin that is what I meant. That way you will get the bw that you want but do make sure you read the tos or ask before buying to make sure you can run what you need on it.. some data centers dont allow proxy sites either.

First of all, I am not sure if you will be able to use 2000 GB bandwidth (actually 2000 IN + 2000 OUT) on a VPS with 2 GB RAM.
A Pentium D 3.0 , or an AMD 5600 + , with LxAdmin or DirectAdmin as control panel, would be a better choice & if you decide on any of these, you would need to increase your budget to around $120/month.

BurstNET does offer 2000 GB bandwidth with Pentium D , pretty cheap, BUT , it is only 1000 IN & 1000 OUT, which is infact 1000 GB bandwidth, as for proxies , Bandwidth IN is nearly same as Bandwidth out, & control panels show only Bandwidth Out.

Burstnet do not allow open proxies on their network and also their network is not so reliable.
