Need: VLC install and stream setup

    I need someone very familiar with VLC program used for streaming on Linux (CentOs 5) server. VLC installed should be version 0.8.6c with all needed libraries (new version is said to be too buggy). Streams should be http, vcodec=div3 and logo should be on every stream. Streams need to run constantly (24h a day) from playlists.

    Budget for the project: 50 USD

    Very little work for a VLC expert.

    I'm familiar with centos and linux environment.
    I cant guarantee stability as with any linux environment, but I can setup what is needed!
