    Hello everyone,

I am developing a site and I need a video and audio conferencing software solution that will provide for payment processing (and allow me as the site owner to get a small percentage of the payments processed).

Basically, here's the capabilities that I need:
    • One user can contact another, set up a time to talk (either by audio conference (call) or by video conference).
    • Both users login to the system at the designated time and click "start". The billing/time clock starts and users can communicate with each other (either video or audio conference).
    • At the end of the conversation, the users both log off at which point the billing/time clock stops, the time is recorded and a bill is calculated pro-rata (for example if the hourly rate is $100 and users communicate for 30 minutes the charge is $50).
    • The user seeking communication (i.e. the one paying the bill) is then provided with an invoice and their credit/debit card is charged the appropriate charge.
    • The user providing communication (i.e. the one providing the service) receives an invoice, along with payment made to their account (via authorize.net, paypal, etc), less my charge as a site owner/facilitator, which is listed as a line item statement.
I will also need tracking functionality for both site users and for the site owner (myself) which provide logs with dates, time conference initiated, total conference time and charge. This will be sent to me in a data feed which I can incorporate into the user section (for details pertaining to their conferences) and in the admin section (for my tracking purposes).

Is there a solution like this out there, that has good technology and doesn't cost too much (after all I'm an individual on a tight budget running this site, not some cash rich corporation!) ??

Thanks for reading and thanks for your suggestions, I really appreciate it!!!!

    Ryan
