    I wish to hire the services of a high quality link builder. I have a PR 6 website in the web development, SEO and internet marketing industry.

    I wish to get very high quality permanent links, preferably PR 4 and above. Money is no problem, I am willing to pay good money for the right links from high quality pages.

    The solution is that you need to buy Solid PR Links with dofollow from other related websites. I can help you for finding owners of those sites and you need to pay them. That is a very high quality link that you want. Don't expect that you will get it from Social Bookmarks, Directories, Blog comments because these aspects are use only to build link and to gain rank. If you said that you have a PR6, then you should buy enough solid High PR links in order to achieve your goal.
