Why you need this service?

You can make your paypal for free, and then you can buy a VCC for verify it (non-US paypal) or buy US bank account from DP member in the subforum buy,sell & trade.

even you buy a verified PayPal and u still access the account in different region you will still get limit access PayPal will detect you IP address.

I suggest you buy VPN to somebody. I saw someone who is selling here in DP and ask him/her to give you a VPN in the US or in any region/country you like to create your paypal and verified. I think that is the best solution.

 

What if the sender chargeback the money after some days?

 

I believe a chargeback can only happen when buyer pays using a credit card? If thats the case i'll only allow payments made from paypal accounts and not directly from a Credit Card.

 

even if i have a paypal which i dont use...since its verified by meaning its linked to my bank account

if you do some thing illegit or do more withdrawal it wud take out the rest from my bank acct...

and if its verified by a VCC then it cud get limited....

Does it make a difference depending on age of the account? Like if i bought a month old account thats been verified by VCC and has had previous transaction history will i still get limited for receiving $500? I wish paypal would make it more clear.

BTW I'm now increasing the price. $80 to anyone that can supply me with a paypal account.
