Need Vector Logo, Flash, and Static logo

I need 1 very high quality logo for a site called

"Find a Party Vendor"

It should have a party hat, confetti, and one of those
party things you blow and make noise/unroll.

I need a vector version, animated flash version
(maybe confetti falling or thing unrolling, etc).
and a static jpeg version.

No florescent colors, mainly primary colors ideally
and easy to read on a white background.

Please PM your rates/link to portfolio. I am not in a
rush but I do need very high quality work.
