need vcc in indai-pune..help plz

    hello..
    i have paypal account and i want to varefiy it..
    i have only paypal account and i have much bux there..
    the problem is i cant send the money to buy the vcc..
    so if i can find some one in india (pune-kondowa) to buy this vcc hand by hand..
    or some one handle me a vcc after my account be varefied ill send the money "trust needed here"..
    hand by hand ill pay 5$
    pay after varfiey ill pay 17$..
    any one can help?

    I know that you are not selling but nobody going to offer vcc here as VCC Sales are Not Allowed here at DP. Check this anywhere else IMO.

    VCC Selling is not allowed anymore.So u may search old threads and contact the sellers personally.It may sometimes help
