    just type the word vcc in the search button on this forum and you would see loads of people or go to the buy and sell section I recently got one and it worked fine

    It is my suggestion to that please don't use VCC to verify your paypal or else your paypal account will get limited or freezed one day or the other surely.Few of friends verified using VCC and their accounts are freezed now and all money are locked inside it!
    Now rest it is up to your wish and by the way you can go here to get a VCC
