Need VCC for paypal. ( No Money Though =S )

    I need a VCC for paypal but my problem, I dont have the money at this time to pay for one. If possible im looking for someone who can get me one maybe on a I.O.U contract or something.

    If you are from the US, why not just verify with your bank account.

    Oh boy, so you must be one of those who ignored the Paypal Agreement which states that you need to be at least 18 years old to sign up. Besides US verification is done by linking the account through a US bank account.
