Need vBulletin site setup from old server to new (files already moved )

    I need some to setup a vB site to my new server, the files from old server to new have already been tarred up and moved, as well as the mysql db, I need someone to setup the vB site for me (untar all the stuff in new server), and import the mysql db to phpmyadmin.

    Everything from old box has been tarred and moved to NEW box.

    Have SSH and cPanel access.

    I need this done TODAY.

    Will pay with paypal.
